Fine Machining Frame
The frame structure design is adopted for the machine base and beam, 65mm low alloy high-strength structural steel is used for the worktable, and the Q345 steel plate is used for the frame. The overall rigidity of the machine tool is good, firm and durable.
The vertical grooving machine has over a dozen separate pressing plates and over a dozen separate clamps to automatically load the plate material, which is easy to process regardless of the size of the plate, and can be grooved both horizontally and longitudinally.
The working surface of the vertical grooving machine is made of good mold steel after overall heat treatment and fine grinding by a grinder. After processing, the surface of the product can reach a mirror state.
The Plate is fed into machine by back clamp on back support device,And the feeding tolerance is ≤±0.03mm.The Plane of the pallet is strengthened to make it more wear-resistant.
