Before running

• Machine tool operators must be familiar with the main structure, performance and usage of the shearing machine.

• Check whether the switch is in good condition, whether the buttons of the control cabinet and the console are in good condition, and whether the components are loose.

• Check whether the tool is installed properly, whether there is looseness, tilt, or debris.

• Check whether each action mechanism is loose, damaged or abnormal.

• Check that there are no objects that hinder the operation of the machine around and inside the machine.

• Add oil to each lubrication point.

  
  

Running

• Start the oil pump and connect the power supply.

• Press the motor start button.

• Wait a few minutes for the motor to fully come into operation.

• Turn the manual switch to the single position, manually test the cutting, and confirm that it is normal. 

• According to the thickness of the material to be cut, adjust the gap of the blade.

• Adjust the profile or fixture according to the width of the material being cut.

• Make 1 or 3 empty strokes first, and then carry out the cutting work after it is normal.

• Put the products to be cut according to the process requirements.

• Depress the foot switch to cut the product.

  
  

End

• Press the Motor Stop button.
  

• Turn off the oil pump.

• Check to make sure each operation switch is in non-working state.

• Clean up the internal and external side materials, residues and sundries of the machine to ensure cleanliness.

• Organize and clean the working environment, and confirm the cleanliness.

Maintainance

• Clean and clean the inside and outside of the machine before starting the machine every day to ensure that there are no sundries and oil stains.

• Check daily for oil leakage.
  

• Lubricate the machine with oil before starting the machine every day.

• Frequently check whether the bolts and parts of each part of the machine are loose, damaged, or displaced, and tighten and repair them in time.
